My skateboard is out of warranty. Can I still get after-sales service from you?

No. Once the warranty period expires, the customer is responsible for any repair or maintenance costs that may be incurred.

However, we understand that you may still need assistance with your skateboard, and we would be happy to help you find a reputable third-party service provider who can provide after-sales service for your skateboard. Alternatively, we may be able to offer you advice on how to address the issue yourself, such as providing instructions or resources to help you troubleshoot the problem.

How could you provide after-sale service during the warranty period?

Our customer service will first communicate with you to diagnose where is the problem. Then we send the replacement part to you for free parts. And you only need to pay the shipping cost. After you receive it, you can replace the broken part. Our skateboards are all designed to be modular and it's very easy to replace part. (We are very confident in the quality of our skateboards, we believe there will be very few failures).

You can call us or email us by “contact us” at the bottom of our website. Usually, please contact us by email first. If you could send some pictures or videos to show the problem in the email, that will be perfect.

Shipping location and logistics contractors

In the case that USA (or other local) warehouses are out of stock (as showing on the product page or via other notices), we will process the order and ship the package directly from China factory to you with an email notice of tracking number. We use USPS/FedEx/DHL/UPS and other local logistics companies for delivery services. You can check your express logistics status through the express service company's official website (you can see the updated logistics tracking number in your personal Veymax account). Note:

1. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay in the delivery.

2. Please confirm your address before payment. Veymax orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

3. When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.

Why my order has been refunded?

Because your order was detected as an account with high risk. So, we have to cancel your order and you will receive a refund within 7 business days. If you are still willing to buy a board from us, please use another email address.

Can I change my address after the order has been shipped?

Please contact our customer support, we will always do our best to help, but there are no guarantees. Sometimes it is simply too late, and the courier no longer allows a change. If there is an additional charge to change the address, the customer will be notified before the change to decide if they want to proceed. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Can I change an order after I ordered?

Yes, you can! You need to contact us within 2 hours after you place the order. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.

When will the order be shipped?

It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. Order Processing Time: All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, fill, and ship. Generally, orders are shipped within 3-10 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can only be canceled before it ships. To cancel the order, please email us: service@vaymax.com. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days. If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@veymax.com Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Why there is no update of my tracking number?

For international delivery, this situation happens before your parcel arrives in your country. And the tracking number will be updated after it arrives.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on which part of the United States you are. Orders processed here will take 8-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!  

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order.

If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

Can I return it?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more.

You can ask for a return if:

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.

All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

How can I get a refund?

We will issue a refund if:

① You cancel your order prior to your package being shipped We will refund you within 7 business days.
② Your order is detected as an account with high risk. In this case, we will cancel your order and refund you automatically, we will suggest you place a new order and make sure your order billing address is the same as your card billing address. You can also try to pay with another credit card or pay by PayPal.


We do not refund:

① If the order has shipped
② We don't accept returns.

PayPal only:Any electric skateboard order cancellation before shipment will be charged an 8% process fee if paid by PayPal, and customers can only get a 92% refund of the total order price.

How to power on/off the remote?

To turn the remote on, press the on/off button for 3 seconds, the LCD screen will display all functions and information.
To turn the remote off, press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds or until the screen turns off.
Tips: Always turn the board on the 1st and the remote on the 2nd.

How to paired/synced the Veymax board and remote?

Your Veymax board and remote have already been paired /synced during the manufacture. Pairing/syncing a new remote of your board, please follow the below procedure:
① To turn the board on by pressing the power button on your Veymax board once.
② To turn the remote on by pressing the “ON/OFF” button on your remote.
③ If you have the old remote, please make sure it is turned off.
④ Hold the power button on your board for 7 seconds, until it blinks slowly.
⑤ At the same time, press the “ON/OFF button” and “function” buttons on your remote.
⑥ When the power button blinks rapidly and the remote displays all the function and information, it is indicated your board and remote have been paired and synced.

How to activate cruise control?

Cruise control Function: Press the switch while accelerating, and the skateboard will go to cruise control mode at the current speed. Keep the current velocity. Cruise mode will be canceled when acceleration or braking again.

Is Veymax Electric Skateboard water resistant or waterproof?

Water could damage your battery, esc, motors, or even the bearings in the wheels too. Kindly Warning: If there was potential risk of water damage to the battery before, please disconnect the battery from the board immediately and stop charging it or use it! Keep the battery in a dry , and fire resistant place to avoid potential fire risk. A Li-ion battery store and release its electrical energy through electrochemical reactions. When electrical energy is drawn/discharged from the battery, lithium ions move from one electrode to the other. The electrodes are submerged in a liquid called an electrolyte, which allows for the movement of ions and consists of lithium salt and organic solvents. It is these organic solvents which are the leading fire hazard in Li-ion batteries. Furthermore, the positively charged electrode (cathode) in the battery contains oxygen, which may be released if the battery is subjected to specific stresses, e.g., internal short, excessive heat, and more. This means that the Li-ion batteries have all the elements needed to self-sustain a fire. Water damage is NOT covered under our warranty. We recommend you maintain the board in good dry condition always, which will extend the life of it much longer.

Maintenance after rain?

If you accidentally ride in the rain or on wet surfaces, wipe off all the water on the surface of your board, especially in the charging port, and do not charge your board until it gets dry. Then, idle motors of your board for 10 minutes in order to dry the inside of motors for avoiding rusts.

How can I maintain the battery?

There are several suggestions:
① Do not always use the battery completely empty and then charge it. It is recommended to charge the battery when there is more than 25% left.
② If you want to store the battery for a long time, please charge it every 2 months.
③ Keep it away from water.

How long to fully charge the battery?

1.5A or 2A is standard charging, and the charging time takes about 4 hours (from 0-100% above). When charging, 3A is generally a fast charging version, and charging usually takes about 1-2 hours.
